2 bands included, one for each wrist. To use, first locate the acupressure point PC6:
Turn your palm to face you.
Measure about three finger widths below the wrist crease.
Feel for a slight dip between the two tendons (Flexor Carpi Radialis and Palmaris Longus).
This is the PC6 point.
Once you have located PC6:
Place the bead or button of the wrist band directly over the PC6 point.
Wear as needed on both wrists for optimal benefits.
